About Grief Yoga
Founded by Paul Denniston, Grief Yoga® is less about physical flexibility and more about surrender, release and compassionate transformation. A combination of many types of yoga postures, movement, meditation, and breath are used to open oneself to feeling the emotions of a loss.
About Body & Brain Practice
Body & Brain Practice nourishes the mind, body & spirit through a variety of exercises to improve energy flow, balance, and flexibility. Breath work, guided meditation, Tai Chi, Qigong, and yoga are some of the components taught at over 100 locations nationwide. Find classes in Colorado.
