Participation by medical providers and pharmacists is voluntary.

Advance Planning Guide
The "My End-of-Life Decisions: Advance Planning Guide and Toolkit" helps individuals navigate end-of-life care by prioritizing values, completing advance directives, and specifying preferences for medical interventions. It also provides guidance on choosing a representative, ensuring healthcare providers honor wishes, and fosters ongoing conversations with loved ones and medical professionals.
Support for Major Life Changes
Imagine you have been given a terminal diagnosis. You want to get your affairs in order. But where do you start? It’s important to talk openly with your family and support group. You’ll be asking for support and help managing your personal and your financial needs.
Who do you want to advocate for you when you can no longer speak or make your own decisions? You want to be supported by those who will honor your wishes and needs—stepping into your shoes.
I am a certified advance care planner. My role is to guide you in the preparation of plans and documents needed to outline your wishes. Together we’ll take action for completion and then communicate your plans to your family and designated advocates.
Planning is recommended for two periods of time—while you are alive and after your death.
While you are alive, you want to choose an agent(s) to advocate for you in matters of your care and financial needs. As your planner I guide you through the dynamics of your personal situation including family and financial assets. Documentation can be simple or very complex and reviewing that before meeting with attorneys and professional is helpful and saves expense.
My goal is to guide you to a place of feeling confident that you’ll have support in place, so that your transition can be peaceful and calm. There’s security in knowing that you have made your plans and that you’ve chosen the right people to honor your wishes.

Grief Yoga
Grief Yoga is a compassionate practice that combines movement, breathwork, and sound to help individuals process and release the pain of grief and loss. It focuses on creating a safe space to explore emotions, let go of struggle, and reconnect with empowerment and love. Unlike traditional yoga, Grief Yoga emphasizes healing and emotional expression rather than physical flexibility or balance.
This practice can be beneficial for anyone dealing with loss, whether it's the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or even a life transition. It often includes restorative poses, mindfulness techniques, and guided movement rituals to help participants navigate their grief journey.
About Grief Yoga®
Founded by Paul Denniston, Grief Yoga® is less about physical flexibility and more about surrender, release and compassionate transformation. A combination of many types of yoga postures, movement, meditation, and breath are used to open oneself to feeling the emotions of a loss.
About Body & Brain Practice
Body & Brain Practice nourishes the mind, body and spirit through a variety of exercises to improve energy flow, balance, and flexibility. Breathwork, guided meditation, Tai Chi, Qigong, and yoga are some of the components taught at over 100 locations nationwide. Find classes in Colorado.
